I just want to thank that you uploaded my map!! It is extremely difficult to find a generous serveradmin who uploads unknown maps. To find testers was even harder..
This project is definitely a very good decision to support unknown map-builder with their unknown awesome maps!

The new rotation should appear in the lobby sometime today (if not there already).

Please Note: We strongly prefer the maps not to be password protected, it makes it much easier to look at them and test, if we can open them in the editor

Passworded maps
I found a simple way to open/test passworded Elite maps:
Enter Elite station -> LOCAL PLAY -> CREATE -> LAUNCH -> select downloaded maps -> PLAY

It is much faster then opening each map separately in editor, because you can freely jump between maps:
ESC -> MANAGE SERVER -> GO TO MAP

Against the background of the new maps in week 2, I want to say that the design is more important that gameplay experience and it's sad :/ For me it should be balanced to get the best balanced gameplay and good visual design for specs.

We would really like to see maps recommended.... so I mean for you guys to get involved and suggest other peoples maps... and maybe a few players recommend the same map, that would make it a stronger recommendation.

Its a community lobby, therefore I would really like the community to choose the maps, I would even be quite happy for selection responsibilities to be given to some players who are interested enough in the looby to spend a little time finding new suitable maps each week.... ...
