The most essentiel for a map-builder, especially for a new builder, is criticism. The only thing I criticize on this community elite lobby is that you are only able to vote. Players has to give reasons ( and maybe suggestions?) for their votes to let map-builder know what they can improve in the future.

I don't think there is an easy way to fix this, it would need some in-game feature... and that would be a thing for Nadeo to implement, as the lobby is theirs, I can put it to them at least, as a feedback.
Thank you for all uploads and suggestions. Particularly thank you for Bionick and ToRRent for recommending other peoples maps, this is the spirit and involvement we look for and appreciate.
Here is the choice made between me and Nadeo this time...
Gradually we would like to hand over picking the 3 new maps to some different people, maybe we make some kind of roster where someone will know it is their turn to do it. If some people are interested in this kind of role, please let me know... I would like to have enough people involved so that its not the same 1 or 2 people always doing it.
