Longest_Day_Joust_v3

Hey all,

This is an upgraded Version of my previous Logest Day map and is also optimized for Joust!

Changelog:

-Nerfed Railgun Platform (you can't jump back on now, easier to knock people off, can't spawncamp, for Joust you can no longer use Railgun and Reload then hop back on... you have to go back to main section of map)
-Widened the map a little bit and added a gap between center and sides
-Optimized all of the jump pads. They make A lot more sense now.
-Added railings in places where it was frustrating to fall off.
