Elite - Rust Yllah

I made a remake of the map Rust by using the new blocks for getting a new re-lifting of the map. The gameplay is also modified :
- One teleporter behind the jumper (defense side) has been added and redirect to the block where the railgun is attached.
- One teleporter next to the first one hase been added and redirect next to the defense spawn. His use is risky if a defender is on the railpad.
- When attacking, to get access to the right upper platform, you need now to get to the teleporter by taking the jumper on the left after the attacker's spawn. By this way, the grappling hook on the right has been removed.
- After passing the new teleporter, the attacker can get inside the bridge to get a nice view on the map, but he can still be hit by any player on the railgun.
